The coordinator of Nigeria Beach Soccer League, Mahmud Hadejia has revealed an elaborate schedule that will see this season’s elite competition run from the end of this month until early December.
Sports247 reports that Hadejia provided extensive details about the fifth edition of the league, which he said will be staged in four different states across the federation, starting this Tuesday in Kebbi and climax with the Nigeria Beach Soccer League Super FInal that Akwa Ibom will host in December.

He added, “The Nigeria Beach Soccer League is about to kick off its fifth season in Kebbi State, starting from the 31st of March till the 3rd of April for the first round of the series. This is the fifth season consecutively, and we are really glad with the progress the league is making.”
He then went on to reveal that the reach and impact of beach soccer is stretching all across Nigeria, hence moves by the league’s organising body to take the next three stages of this season’s title race to Kaduna, Anambra and Akwa Ibom States.
“It’s a wholistic progress that the league is making all across the country. So, after Kebbi, we’ll be going to Kaduna in June for the second round, and then we’ll be in Anambra State for the third round. We then hope to round off with the finals to be hosted by Akwa Ibom State in December,” Hadejia disclosed
