As the build up to the new season continues with the Ahlan Cup, El Kanemi Warriors striker Thomas Adesina has disclosed that with the calibre of players at Baba Ganaru’s disposal, they have all it takes to return the team back to its rightful place which is the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
Elkanemi Warriors beat Sokoto United 5-3 on penalties to qualify for the semi finals of #AhlanCup2019.
“Baba Ganaru addresses the players like his own children and I love the way he handles the team, it shows experience and too notch professionalism.
“I’m proud to play under him, I believe it will be a positive experience that will last long and yield favourable results for us,” Adesina remarked in chat with Ahlan Cup Media.
“We will not underrate any side as we will approach the game with all seriousness as we all know we have a large pool of strong players that will return and compete in the Premier League.
El Kanemi Warriors will battle Rarara FC in the semi finals of #AhlanCup2019 on Tuesday afternoon at the Kano Pillars Stadium. Kickoff is at 4pm.
