That is football for you, you lose some, win some and you draw some.
If you watch very well, you will basically see that , the team is highly fatigued, we have attended a lot of pre-season tournaments, the boys are psychologically down.
We are doing everything to lighten up their beings, because a lot of them are actually strength famished and we can’t push beyond limits.
We had to come out with a fire brigade approach, having lost 12-13 of our players to other bigger clubs within these period.
I expected these results, because i saw it coming, but it’s not a surprise , but for us to get to these level it’s a sign of good thing for the team.
Replacing and then filling the gaps of our lost players , as a coach it is my number one priority to discover players within the right specifications ,groom them and nurture them, and make them to become stars.
That has being my long time slogan and philosophy of my personal belief, We are in line to get new sets of players for Cynosure.
I am going back to our drawing board and start working against next season.
If am giving an opportunity to coach in the NPFL, i will firmly say, i am
hundred percent ready, it simply boils down to the matter of opportunity, many of the NPFL coach are familiar with me based on coaching courses we attended together, some of them know my worth.
opportunity can come to anybody, i respect them a lot, yes! today they are there, tomorrow i know i will get there too the cynosure gaffer concluded.
