The striker’s seventh goal of the season proved crucial in Bay FC’s continued push up the table.

Since joining Bay FC in February 2024 after leaving Barcelona, Oshoala has been instrumental in her new club’s campaign.

Her clinical finishing and leadership have helped the team navigate a tough season in the competitive United Women’s Soccer League (UWSL).

With this win, Bay FC climbed to eighth place in the 14-team league, accumulating 28 points from 22 games.

The victory provides much-needed momentum as they seek to climb higher in the standings before the season ends.

Bay FC will aim to build on their latest triumph when they face Gotham FC away in their next league fixture on Sunday.

Oshoala, who has been in fine form, will look to add to her goal tally and lead her team to another crucial win.
