Super Falcon’s striker, Asisat Oshoala has achieved a domestic double with Barcelona Femeni in their final match of what can be termed as a successful season.
Oshoala was an used substitute as Barcelona Femeni who ended Spanish Primera Division season on an incredible run of 30 wins from 30 league games thrashed Sporting Huelva 6-1 to clinch the Copa de la Reina final on Sunday night.
The victory hands the Blaugranes their third title and final title for the 2021/2022 football campaign in addition to their Spanish women’s league alongside the Super Cup trophies they already won sometimes during the season.
Oshoala was impressive for her club during the just concluded season despite being on the sideline for almost three months due to injury and went ahead to clinch the top scorer award in Spanish Primera Division with goal tally of 20 making her the first African woman to achieve the feat.
