Edo State’s rising weightlifting star, Easter Chijioke, has set sights on Olympic glory after winning the first gold medal of the 8th National Youth Games.
Competing in the 45kg female weightlifting category, Chijioke lifted 56kg in the Snatch and 75kg in the Clean and Jerk, securing the coveted top spot on the first day of action.
