Olanrewaju Emanuel, a member of Team Delta in the Squash who won the Silver medal at the just concluded National Youth Games, has described his Asaba 2024 experience has wonderful and nice.
Olanrewaju Emanuel shared her experience with www.sports247.ng after the conclusion of the games in a chat with our correspondent in Asaba.
Olanrewaju who won bronze in the 2023 edition told our correspondent how this year’s edition was an improvement, and he is looking forward to improving on his games and win the gold next year.
” My Asaba 2024 is Nice and wonderful, it was an improvement compared to last year’s edition where I won the bronze medal.”
” I need to do more, improve myself, become better and win the gold medal next year,” said Olanrewaju.
Team Delta lost to Team Lagos in the final of the team event to win the Silver medal.
The 10 days event ended on Thursday, 19 September 2024 with Team Delta winning the highest number of medals in the overall medal’s table.
