Lobi Stars Football Club has denied the resignation of their coach, Daniel Amokachi after the team’s goalless draw against Heartland on Sunday, Sports247 reports.
In a statement out on Sunday a few hours after the Matchday 19 match against Heartland FC in Lafia, the club described the news as baseless, false news.
“We unequivocally deny this false information and urge our fans and stakeholders to disregard it,” the club said in a statement.
The club restated the commitment of the Technical Adviser, Coach Amokachi to the club as the former Super Eagles striker is determined to lead the club to a greater height.
“He is resolute in his determination to lead Lobi Stars to greater heights”.
“We appeals to our esteemed fans to continue their unwavering support. Your faith and encouragement are crucial to the team’s success”, the club official statement stated..
