It was a gathering of friends allies and sojourners on Tuesday, 23rd July 2019 (Yesterday) for the maiden edition of ALIMOSHO NNL ALL-STARS gathered to share love, contacts, renewal of affiliates and affinity on rendezvous.
Football loving fans and friends alike residing at Iyana Ipaja, Aboru, Pipeline and adjoining environs came in large number to watch a scintillating performance of players parading at the second-tier league of Nigerian football. In fact, it was great football artistry with four teams wearing different jerseys to lock horns with each other in a 2hrs fun-filled display.
Osun United players, Dynamite Force, Crown FC, Gateway, ABS and other NNL players showcased their mettle and thrilled their fans to the high heaven.
Gateway Football Club of Abeokuta Captain, Saburi Omoyayi, also, Durojaye Azeez, and Bakare Fatai had a touch of the game. Crown FC of Ogbomosho player, Tayo Johnson, while Dynamite Force defender Adenoidi Michael entertained the fans in their calisthenic aesthetics
Abubakar Bukola Saraki player was not absent as Emeka Ewendu, and Osun United goal poacher, Olafimihan Gafar terrorised former under 20 goalkeepers, Oyediran Yussuf in their different forays.
Football Administrators, Coaches, Journalists alike came from different part of Lagos state to grace the maiden edition of ALIMOSHO NNL ALL-STARS, few of which were the Head Coach of Gateway Football Club of Abeokuta, Coach Akeem Busari, the assistant coach, Crown FC, Coach Abidemi Oluwaseyi Apata Ayodapo Sunday Agunbiade were all present.
According to one of the facilitators of the event and players manager, Apata Ayodapo said:
” ALIMOSHO NNL ALL STARS is an annual event holding at the end of every season aimed at uniting players of the Most Important League together in an electrifying atmosphere. You all witnessed it and it’s a fun-filled atmosphere here. Next year shall be an improvement on the previous” Apata assured.
