Alhaji Gero has put an end to his three years contract with top Iranian club Esteghal.
It was confirmed that Ahlaji Gero is now a free agent and will decide on his next destination after the new year celebrations are over as stated by him.
I have terminated my contract with Esteghal and I am back in Europe, said the 25-year-old Gero Who has chosen the Swedish terrain said, “I want to play again in Europe, where my family is based”.
“At the moment I just want to take it on slow run till after the New Year before deciding what to do concerning my career.”
The former Enugu Rangers star who played in Sweden and Denmark before pitching his tent in Iran said.
“It has been an amazing experience playing for one of the best teams in Iran .
