Ajimobi 3Years Remembrance: Oyo APC Frontline Politician, Chief Sunday Dare Celebrates Former Governor

The immediate past Minister of youth and sports development and Chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) has joined family members, friends and political associates on the three Years remembrance of former governor of Oyo state, Senator Isiaq Ajimobi.

Ajimobi who governed Oyo state for two consecutive terms of eight years, died on June 25, 2020 at a Lagos hospital following reported complications arising from Covid-19 infection. The late Ajimobi died at the age of 70 years and at the time of his death, he was the deputy national chairman (South) of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

In his tweet early today, the immediate past Minister Sunday Dare emphasized that late Ajimobi’s memories remain indelible in the hearts of the good people of Oyo state as it keeps reminding them that service to fellow man is service to humanity even in death. He celebrated late Ajimobi over the good legacies he left behind.
