Ahmed Musa Honored with Abdul Momoh Ambassadorial Award, Returns to Super Eagles Squad

Super Eagles and Kano Pillars captain, Ahmed Musa, has been recognized with the prestigious Abdul Momoh Ambassadorial Award for his significant contributions to photography development in Nigeria.

The award, presented by CAF-accredited photojournalist Abdul Momoh, was given to Musa on Saturday ahead of Kano Pillars’ NPFL Matchday 28 fixture against Kwara United in Ilorin. It acknowledges his continuous support for sports photography and media advancement in the country.

Expressing his appreciation, Musa MON, OON, described the award as a motivating force, reinforcing his commitment to sports development.

Meanwhile, in a significant boost to his career, Coach Erick Sekou Chelle has recalled Musa to the Super Eagles squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. His return highlights his unwavering dedication and contributions to Nigerian football on both domestic and international stages.
