Agboola confirms his readiness to help Kwara United return to NPFL

Kwara United forward Joshua Agboola has stated emphatically that he is ready to help the Harmony Boys in the coming National League season.

Agboola has been impressive so far in all the pre season games Kwara United have played thereby winning the hearts of the fans.

The former Katsina United star explained that Kwara United does not deserve to be playing in the lower League stressing that himself and his other teammates will do everything possible to make sure Harmony Boys return to the topflight.

“We don’t deserve to be playing in the NNL, and that’s why we have been preparing hard so that we can conquer all our opponents when the season start.

“I have the trust in coach Biffo because he has taken many teams to the NPFL before, and together we will work to achieve success,” Agboola explained.

The 22-year-old left footed player also set a target of 15 goals for himself in the imminent Nigerian National League.

“I want to score more than 10 goals, and maybe 15 in the coming season and I’m also sure of our promotion,” he added.

Kwara United are currently in Offa which is a town 1 hour away from the capital city, Ilorin, and they will spend five days at the home of sweet potatoes before they return to Ilorin for their first game of the season against Gombe United.
