Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro has assured fans that the team will continue to improve its performance in the ongoing AFCON tournament.
While acknowledging the team’s struggle to find the net in recent matches, Peseiro expressed confidence that the goals would come as the players create more scoring opportunities.

In his original speech, Peseiro lamented the goal drought, saying, “We have to create more chances and improve in the last third of the pitch.
We need to create more opportunities to score goals. We’ve been solid defensively, but we need to be more effective in attack. We’ll work on that aspect and keep improving.”
The coach stressed the importance of the team’s offensive capabilities and revealed plans to address the challenges faced in the attacking third.
Despite the lack of goals, Peseiro conveyed optimism about the team’s overall performance and expressed a commitment to continuous improvement.
