In a heartfelt message to fans, Musa urged for an end to the cyberbullying directed at Iwobi, emphasizing that such behaviour is not only indecent but also a serious crime.

He highlighted the hypocrisy of claiming that football unites us while engaging in cyberbullying, stating, “Cyberbullying is not just a violation of decency but also a serious crime. It’s hypocritical to claim that football unites us while engaging in such behaviour.”
Musa emphasized that victories and losses are collective experiences, urging fans to refrain from singling out players for blame.
He stressed, “We win as a team, and we lose as a team. Alex gave his all on the field, just like every member of our squad.”
The Super Eagles captain called for genuine love and support for the players, stating, “Instead of spreading negativity, let’s show genuine love and support to our players.
They need our encouragement now more than ever. Let’s uplift each other and stand united, both in victory and defeat.”
