Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation, Dr Mohammed Sanusi has revealed to Sprts247.ng that the federation has checked all available boxes as it concerns logistics and preparation for a successful outing against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa in a crucial 2019 Africa Cup of Nation match at the FNB stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday November 17.
Players of the Super Eagles resumed intensive training ahead of the massive AFCON qualifying fixture in South Africa on Tuesday in Asaba under the watchful eyes of the coaching crew headed by the technical adviser of the team Gernot Rohr.
The team has also received monetary motivation from governor of Delta State Senator Ifeanyi Okowa who has promised to give the team the sum of $25, 000 per goal when they file out against South Africa on Saturday.
Sanusi has also stated that all is now left for the players to show their mettle and return with the maximum three points from the game and the much coveted ticket to the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Officials of the Nigeria Football Federation and players of the Super Eagles will depart for South Africa Thursday evening via a charted flight and will have their first training at the match stadium on Friday, the eve of the match.
