The Plateau Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has commended its personnel for their excellent performance at the just concluded Lagos Marathon.
Dr Solomon Olasupo, NSCDC Commandant in the state, made the commendation when the athletes presented their medals to him on Wednesday in Jos.
Olasupo thanked the athletes for making the command, the corps and the country at large proud, by winning first, second and third positions in the Nigerian category of the marathon.
He assured them of the command’s support to the sports department, particularly in training and retraining of personnel.
