All roads lead to the venue of the 2nd Nigeria Olympians Association Summit in Abuja on Thursday when heroes and heroines who have represented Nigeria at the Olympics will come together for a common goal; while some be recognised for their contributions to the development of sports in the country, some will be awarded.

Most athletes who have represented Nigeria since the commencement of the Olympics will be at the Summit.
The President of World Olympians Association, Joel Bouzou (OLY), Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi are two of numerous dignitaries that have signified to be present at the 2nd Nigeria Olympians Association Summit scheduled to hold at the Shehu Yar Adua Centre, Abuja.
The event titled, ‘The Labours of Heroes Past’ which holds on Thursday, 13th July, 2023 would be the largest gathering of Nigeria’s best sports personalities since 1950.
President, Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), Engineer Habu Gumel is the Chief Host while President of Nigeria Olympians Association (NOA) is the Host, while Alaiyeluwa Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi is the Royal Father of the day.
The two-day event will see achievers in Nigeria Sports being awarded for their contributions for the development of the game.
