As NPFL clubs await the restart of the indefinitely suspended league, Abia Warriors sporting director, Patrick Ngwaogu has declared that his team are ready at anytime the league starts.
The NPFL had been on suspension since the out break of Corona virus pandemic in March.
Shared via the club’s social media handle, the sporting director said the club is in constant contact with the players and the technical crew.
He stressed that the club ensures that the weekly training programs via virtuals as well as covid-19 precautionary measures are followed strictly by players.
According to the NFF, the federation’s football committee will meet with heads of the different leagues to make plans to restart the league although subjected to government’s approval.
