I sat down with her to do Body Mechanik Fitness Assessment, consultation, change of eating habit, sleep routine, workout routine and made sure her body was ready for the journey. Adviced her that weightloss or inches loss is a gradual process. Told her that there are certain things she needs to stop doing.

1. No fizzy drink
2. No late nite eating
3. No junks
4. No excess of the wrong carbs(pasteries).
5. No eating too much fried things.

1. Regular Workout (Does not miss her workout routine
2. Eating fruits and veggies
3. Drinking water
4. Eating healthy carbs
5. Go to bed early
