Ogabor Leads Nigerian Referees For World Cup Qualifier in Morocco

As the Super Eagles of Nigeria is looking for honours to play the next World Cup, referees from Nigeria are equally involved in the game.

A University of Calabar lecturer and fifa badged referee of the Cross River State Council,Dr Ogabor Joseph Odey is leading three other international referees for a world cup qualifier in Morocco involving Gambia and Seychelles.

Ogabor will be assisted on the lines by a seasoned elite assistant referee from the Adamawa Council, Samuel Pwadutakam as well as the Assistant Referee 2, Lagos based Hope Ogenekewe Igho .

The Fourth Official is Abdulahi Abubakar of Niger State Council. The Nigeria Quartet will be assessed by Togolese Koniyo Kori while Saquece Prinei Kai of Sierra Leone is the Match Commissioner.

The match is scheduled to hold 17 hours on June 8th, 2024.
