Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have shifted the male and female Federation Cup finals from this Sunday till next week, due to the Super Eagles’ Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya on Saturday in Uyo.
NFF general-secretary was quoted in a press release to have disclosed that the female final will now hold next Tuesday, while the males will line out the following day.
The statement revealed: “NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi confirmed on Tuesday that the grand finale of the women’s competition will hold at Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa on Tuesday, 23rd October.
“The grand finale of the men’s competition will be played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, capital of Delta State on Wednesday, 24th October.”
