Nigeria’s amputee football national team, Special Eagles’ coach, Victor Onyekachukwu Nwenwe has promised that he and his players will return home with the continental trophy in their grasp.

The team travelled out of Lagos on Thursday to attend this year’s African Amputee Football Cup of Nations, with high hopes and hopes for a conquest of the continental shape
Nwenwe disclosed that they had top-notch preparations for the encounter, including severs friendly matches, which he believes will make them more formidable during the competition.
The soft-spoken gaffer expatiated, “We are fully ready. The players are well prepared. Everyone’s spirit is very high, and we are going there to make Nigeria proud. The federation has clearly prepared us well.
“Thanks to our president, thanks to the sports minister, and entire Nigerians for their support. We will not disappoint.
“It’s good that the tournament is finally here, and our first game against Egyot is one we plan to win. Our foreign-based players are with us, and we are good to ho. “
