The 10th Anniversary Celebrations of Buruj Sports Academy promises to be one of a kind event in the administration of grassroots soccer development in Nigeria as guests and soccer fans from far and near are set to storm Araromi Youth Development Centre this Sunday, February 10.
According to the CEO of the academy, Salaudeen Waheed, the event will definitely be a watershed in the annals of the history of institution that was established with a mission to take youths off the streets away from restiveness and exuberance by helping them to develop their natural talents as a requisite to becoming thorough-bred professionals.
The activities which will see Alhaji Abass Akande Obesere (Pk1st) performing live will kick off at exactly 12. noon and it is now the talk of the town in the Lagos East Senatorial Zone of Lagos that covers the base of the academy and across the length and breadth of the state.
The customised kits which will serve as entry pass to the venue are still on sale and interested members of the public who want to watch the young players in action while at the same time savour the music show are implored to get their kits from the officials of the academy or at their head office at No 8, Adeniran Oshodi Street, Ogolonto Bus Stop, Ikorodu.
All logistics and security measures that will guarantee safety and unlimited entertainment of the invited guests and fans have been put in place, just as other upcoming musicians and hip hop artistes will be on parade to thrill at the event.
