BURUJ WELCOME A GHANAIAN IMPORT

The management of Buruj Sports Academy have announced the arrival of a Ghanaian player Kum Nana Kwamina into their camp which is a testimony to their ever increasing profile as one of the best run football academies on the continent of Africa.

The player Takoradi born left back bonber who jet into the country on Monday evening was received by the CEO of the academy Salaudeen Waheed who expressed delight that he and his management and technical crew’s commitment to professionalism is attracting recognition both at home and abroad.

“We are happy to have a Ghanaian import in our rank of players and we are committed to the task of helping him to become a better player who can hold his own as a thorough-bred professional in a not too distant future. He is not the first foreigner who will be registering to train with us but he is the first Ghanaian.”

“It means our good works are being recognised beyond the shores of the country and hopefully, more of such prospects will come. We will make sure he settle down to camp quickly and his mission for coming over will be realised before the end of his course here,” the man popularly called Doctor said.

The player who was born on 28th of October, 2003, also disclosed on arrival that he has been following the activities of the Ikorodu-based academy for more than three years and he is determined to maximise the opportunity of coming over to Nigeria and Buruj Sports Academy to polish his skills and live his dream of becoming a professional player.

“I thank God that at last, I am here and I can’t wait to start training with my colleagues here All thanks to my ever supporting Dad Mr. Nana Kwamena Kum. I have been following what the academy is doing for young players not only in Nigeria but across the continent, training and taking the abroad to showcase their talents. That remains the attraction and hopefully, it will end well. I am so happy to be in Nigeria and particularly, Buruj Sports Academy,” he enthused.
