Osahon used the moment to call upon the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to prioritize comprehensive support for those involved in nurturing young talents.

Drawing attention to the need for continuity in talent development, he emphasized that the efforts put into bringing up players should be recognized and sustained.

“You don’t eat the egg and throw away the shell anymore. Even the shell of the egg is highly useful.

They need to take care of the people, the clubs, and the individuals who bring up these girls because there must be continuity in building. Things have to be done for us to keep these girls off the street,” he urged.

Reflecting on the broader impact of support, Osahon highlighted the potential of many young girls to become stars if provided with adequate backing.

While extending congratulations to other Nigerian sports figures, including Chiamaka Nnadozie and Victor Osimhen, he underscored the importance of support from the NFF.

In addition, Osahon pointed out the success of the South African woman who won the Most Valuable Coach of the Year, emphasizing the need to develop indigenous coaches in Nigeria to achieve similar recognition and awards.

“At the same time, I congratulate every Nigerian that has made us happy and proud in the continent, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian female team, kudos to them all. But the NFF should do something, and I mean support,” he concluded, advocating for holistic development strategies in Nigerian football.
