The orthopedic surgeon and his team are ready to commence the procedure, followed by an estimated two to three months of rehabilitation.
Mbachu, a former player of Iwuanyanwu Nationale, explained the careful planning in place for Nwakanma’s recovery journey. “He has been handed over to an orthopedic surgeon, and necessary steps have been put in place for him to have the surgery almost immediately.”
