The 2023 edition of the Lagos Women will be held on Saturday, November 11, with a start point at the entry of the Lagos City Mall, Race Course, Lagos Island.

These included Outer Marina road to Odunlami Street, Lagos Island; Inner Marina road toward NITEL Building, with traffic diversion at Brooks Street to Catholic Mission Street by Water Board; traffic diversion from Hawley Street/Okesuna Street or Moloney Street to Onikan underpass by Officers Mess.
Several adjoining streets, such as Ahmadu Bello Way (including Adeola Odeku Junction by Ahmadu Bello Way) and Akin Adesola Street to Falomo ramp bridge from Victoria Island, would experience diversions.
Bourdillon Road, from Giwa barracks entry to Falomo Roundabout by Church of the Assumption, alongside streets along Awolowo Road to Onikan roundabout by King George V Road, are also affected.
