It was a different atmosphere as the Board members of Abia Comets football club paid a courtesy visit to the club chairman, Chief Boniface Alozie Uche on Wednesday.

The board led by the secretary, Henry Steven, who spoke on behalf of the members, said the visit is to formally introduce themselves and also to thank the chairman for the job he is doing at the club.
He described the chairman as someone, who is ready and determined to see that Abia Comets football club progressed and also urged the board members to put hands together as a team.

The chairman, Chief Boniface thanked the board members for their visits, assuring them that he would give his all for the club to be successful. also expressed that they will get support and cooperation at all times.
He also emphasized the importance of working together as a team, especially in football, which is a team sport.
