Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen earned the Man of the Match title in Napoli’s thrilling 2-1 victory over Sporting Braga in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday, September 20, in Portugal.
Osimhen played a pivotal role in Napoli’s triumph, contributing an assist and causing problems for Braga’s defense throughout the game.

However, the Italian Serie A champions swiftly reclaimed the lead just a minute later. Zielinski, operating on the left, delivered a powerful cross, which Braga defender Niakaté attempted to clear but inadvertently sent into his own goal, putting Napoli ahead 2-1.
Osimhen’s outstanding performance prompted Coach Rudi Garcia to substitute him in the 89th minute after making a significant impact on the match in Portugal.
