The Nigeria Teqball Federation announces the postponement of the Teqball World Championship Qualifiers scheduled from the 2nd to the 10th of September 2023 in Ilorin, Kwara State.

In a statement signed on Monday 28th August 2023 by the General Secretary, Mr. Ndudi Edede who announced the postponement of the doubleheader events.
“Following the request of the host Association in line with the National Teqball Championship.
The events have been postponed due to a clash in accommodation allocation for our athletes.” He stated.
“The State is using the same venue in preparation for the upcoming National Youth Games, Delta 2023 slated for 7th to 17th September. Please be informed that the championship has been shifted to September 16 to 24, 2023,” he added.
While apologizing to all the stakeholders for the inconveniences the new development will cause he reaffirmed the federation’s commitment to staging a qualifier that will produce worthy champions that will represent the country effectively on the global stage.
The event will still be held at the Indoor Sports Hall of the University of Ilorin and the Kwara State Stadium, Ilorin, Kwara State respectively.
