Sanlam Insurance Company, on Wednesday, held a one-day sensitization workshop for the Management and Staff of the Nasarawa State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development.

According to the Organization’s Financial Advisor, Itodo Chukwudi, the aim of the workshop was to sensitize Management and Staff of the Ministry on some of the Organisation’s products which included Retirement Plans, Flexi-Cash Flow and Flexible Education Plan aimed at preparing individuals for achieving their financial dreams as regards to their retirement, projects and children’s or wards’ education.
Shortly after receiving the delegation, the Permanent Secretary of the Nasarawa State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Chief Barr. Isaac Danladi appreciated them for coming to sensitize members of the Organisation on financial prudence, savings, and usage.
He said Government is always in support of programs that are geared towards making life more comfortable for its workers upon retirement.
Also Speaking, the Ministry’s Director of Finance and Accounts, Abdul Yakubu Balarabe said the Ministry was glad to receive the financial experts in respect of Insurance Policies.
He expressed the cooperation of members of the Ministry to the activities of Sanlam Insurance, noting that it would acquaint them with how to protect against risks and other unexpected hazards.
Sanlam Insurance is a South African Insurance Company that runs a partnership with First Bank of Nigeria.
