As a first-time participant in the tournament, Akanji expressed immense pride in his team’s performance, saying, “This is our first time playing in this tournament, and all the boys are giving their all to be at the top. The match was fine, and we managed to secure a 1-0 victory.” Recognizing the strength of their opponents, he added, “Our opponents are also good, but we still managed to come out on top with a 1-0 score.”
