Super Eagles of Nigeria international, Alex Iwobi is among a host of first-team stars heading to Switzerland for the club’s pre-season training camp trip as they gear up for the 2023/2024 campaign.

Everton’s players and staff have departed Liverpool for a pre-season training camp in Switzerland as Sean Dyche’s first pre-season as Blues boss ramps up with five days in the Alps, culminating in a match against Swiss club Stade Nyonnais in Nyon on Friday.
Alex Iwobi and Everton will then face the Swiss second-division club at their Centre Sportif De Colovray complex on the Swiss-French border.
The majority of the men’s senior squad will make the trip, with only players currently involved in international football or continuing rehabilitation from injuries unavailable.
The former Arsenal man will be hoping to avoid a repeat of the club’s relegation survival battle as it was in the past two seasons as they gear up to begin and finish the season on a high.
