Job title: Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company’s WAN, VPN, and LAN infrastructure.
2. Remediate incidents within defined Service Level Agreement guidelines.
3. Provide advanced network analysis and simulation skills in support of the company’s application requirements.
4. Monitor internal and external compliance with the company’s information security policies and procedures.
5. Identify non-compliant practices and assist with remediation.
6. Perform periodic performance assessments and generally monitor network performance versus established internal and external service level agreements.
7. Design and document the company’s network topology.
8. Conceive, document, and implement network policies and procedures.
9. Establish and maintain network-related vendor relationships.

Essential Criteria:
1. Possess a Computer Science Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2. 5+ years of experience in small-mid enterprise managing LAN, VPN, and WAN solutions.
3. Thorough knowledge of WAN/VPN/LAN technologies, methods, and practices.
4. Technical & Personal Skills:
5. Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.
6. Ability to adapt, integrate, and modify existing programs or vendor-supplied package programs for use with existing information systems.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the formulation and maintenance of risk review strategies and credit granting strategies;
2. Drive decision-making with quantitative analysis methods, and establish a differentiated risk management system based on customer profits and risks through the monitoring of indicators throughout the process and customer portrait analysis;
3. Take the lead in analyzing and cooperating with the model team to promote the process optimization of strategies and the in-depth mining of analysis;
4. Monitor government regulatory policies, market changes, and product iterations, and make targeted recommendations in a timely manner.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in statistics, finance, and economics is preferred;
2. 5 years or more experience in strategy formulation or participation in the formulation of Internet financial products;
3. Skilled use of statistical analysis software such as SAS or Python is preferred;
4. Good logical thinking ability, writing and language expression ability, strong communication and coordination ability;
5. Proficiency in using Excel, PPT, and other office software;
6. Strong numerical analysis ability, must know R or Python programming code. In the Internet finance or bank or Party B has done risk control-related analysis, models, and strategic positions for more than 2 years are preferred.

Responsibilities
● Oversee the production process, supervising and motivating the production staff.
● Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
● Drawing up a weekly production schedule, ensure products are produced on time and
are excellent in quality.
● Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules when needed.
● Drawing up an estimated cost sheet, Ensuring production is cost effective
● Sourcing, ordering and purchasing production materials from the market, or online
vendors
● Manage human and material resources to meet production target.
● Conduct fittings and properly document fitting issues. Relate fitting issues to production
team for onwards correction.
● Suggest sewing, patterning and cutting techniques to production staff to achieve design.
● Relate design specification the tailors and ensure that these specifications are met.
● Package made clothes for shipping or delivery
● Take record of each tailor task and liaise with the accountant for their pay.
● Liaise with the customer service team for client’s detailed design brief and specifications.
● Implement the company’s policies and goals
● Ensure customer satisfaction and production delivery.

Requirements
● University Graduate in any field.
● Education in a Fashion School is highly required
● Practical experience in a Fashion production house
● Min of 3 years experience in garment production management.
● Knowledge and understanding of fabrics and print techniques.
● Must be meticulous in record keeping, production schedule, time management and
then eye for detail and quality products.
● Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship skills.
● Excellent Administration skills.
● Conversant with Excel, Microsoft Office.
