Former Manchester United loanee Odion Ighalo has revealed the luxury that could await players joining Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal this summer, with the forward posting a video from their luxury plane, which has since gone into circulation for all to see and behold the beauty.
Ighalo has played in Saudi Arabia since 2021 with the Nigerian striker first joining Al-Shabab, before moving to Al-Hilal.
And Ighalo has now given fans an insight into how the team travels to away matches by posting a video of their luxury plane.
The Boeing 747-400 plane, which costs a reported $220 million (£173m), has been chartered by the likes of Prince Alwaleed bin Talal – a Saudi billionaire – who is a big fan of the team.
This includes a dining room and a golden throne, which were displayed by Ighalo and his teammates in the video.
Ighalo could be seen in the video mouthing the word ‘wow’ after walking around the luxury plane.
The striker showed off the lounge areas of the aircraft and was also seen in the plane’s cockpit.
The 34-year-old will not be on the plane next season however after leaving Al-Hilal at the end of his contract.
The plane initially had 400 passenger seats, but these were replaced to make way for luxury items.
He finished as the third top scorer in the division last season with 19 goals but Al-Hilal was left to settle for a third-place finish in the Pro League.
