NLO 2022/2023: Ademola Adeshina Takes Blame For Tradesafe Season Cold Start, Vows To Make Amends To Secure Playoff

Tradesafe FC head coach, Ademola Adeshina has conceded that he will bear the blame for the team’s sluggish start to the NLO 2022/2023 season as they look to break free from the last year heartache where they lost the playoff to Smart City.

Ademola who is also a former 3SC player is leaving nothing to chance this time around and he has admitted that he should have done better earlier this season with the game they lost and the one they drew.

Speaking after his side win against Dannaz FC today at the Surulere Legacy Pitch in an exclusive interview with Sports247.ng, Ademola assessed his team victory as well as what to expect for next game.

‘I feel great because my plan now is to top the group because I made a mistake in the first place for the game that I lost and the one that was drawn, I’m trying to put my team in order for the promotion.”

“If you look at the NLO last season, we lost the playoff to Smart City but we are trying to promote this season and we are hopeful of getting it right,” he said confidently.

“In football, it’s either you win, draw or lose and that’s why I said we have learnt from our mistake for us to lose against Gbagada FC and the draw to Magic Star, but by the grace of God, I believe we are going to come out victorious.”

“Our game on Sunday against Allifey FC and the one against Broad City will give us the boost to combat upcoming games,” Ademola assured.
