The account manager will oversee all areas of Easepth’s finance function. You will implement and manage necessary processes, systems and controls to minimize risk and financial loss, and ensure statutory compliance (financial reporting, tax), as the Account manager you will play an integral role in executing the company’s growth plans and will have complete oversight of the company’s financial management function.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis
Serve as a key member of the team and participate in organizational decisions that contribute to the implementation of its strategic vision and sustainability.
Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with respect to organizational goals, budgets and forecasts, and provide analysis as required.
Develop annual revenue projections and organizational budget, monitor and make recommendations for adjustments throughout the year.
Support the budgeting process and general long-term financial planning (including cash flow forecasting)
Develop a strong performance-oriented finance organization, capable of supporting company’s growth
Oversee investment of private funds to maximize returns at an acceptable risk level.
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED
. Deep knowledge of account reconciliations
Manage overall financial operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
Implement a system of robust internal controls over daily finance processes (including revenue & cost monitoring, merchant settlements, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, daily cash movements, payroll etc)
Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
Oversee and maintain good working relationships with regulatory agencies and financial institutions.
Provide standard accounting reports, including general ledger files, account and bank reconciliations as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate audits with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Enhance and implement financial systems, procedures, and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· BSc/Ba in Accounting.
· Minimum of 2years proven experience as an accountant
· Qualifications ( ICAN,ACA) will be a plus

· Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
