Technical Adviser of Bayelsa United, Diepreye Teibowei didn’t spare his players as he ripped then off following thier wastefulness in the team’s 1-1 against Enugu Rangers yesterday.
Teibowei a frustrated figure couldn’t hide his anger in the post match interview as he reveals that he has done all he can to get the boys to take thier chances and there’s nothing more he can do if they don’t get the job done.
“I don’t even know how to explain it, we played and had all the chances to bury the game, players were missing goals,” he blurted out.
“There’s nothing the coach can do as I have tried my best in training to work on the goalscoring but the chances are coming but we are not converting them, will I convert the chance for them?”
“We did our best, we created chances but the chances were not scored and we conceded a goal.”
“At the end of the day, we just have to keep working to get positive results, the three points against Rivers United which is our next match,” Teibowei said.
