Dakkada Football Club Ogundare Arise has admitted his struggles and challenges in the league last season but reveals he’s charged up for the new task ahead of the 2022/2023 NPFL season kick-off.
The defender stated that he had a rough patch in the league last season owing to adaptation, environmental change but he’s well settled now to give his best for the team’s glory, Sports247 writes.
“Last season was so hard for me, a lot of challenges that didn’t help me to showcase what I’m capable of but then I just have to adapt no matter the situation.”
“This new season, we are ready for the task ahead and I know we are going to excel and do more than last season.”
On the abridged league format, “it’s going to be a tough one, we just have to win all our home matches first and hopefully we will qualify for the super six.”
“The team is ready, we are all ready and good to go and personally, I am ready for the daunting task ahead of me,” he boasted.
