The club described Barr. Chris Green as one who stands out for his incredible versatility as a sportsman and formidably intelligent as an administrator of Sports who always brings to bear his capacity in discharge of his duties.”
Speaking on behalf of the club, General Manager of Rivers United FC, Sir Chief Dr. Okey Kpalukwu declared that Barr Chris Green’s leadership style has impacted positively on the fortunes of Sports in Rivers State in particular and Nigeria in general.
‘Barr Chris Green has demonstrated exemplary leadership and remains one of the most innovative, energetic and result-oriented leaders that Rivers State and Nigeria have seen in a long time,” he told the club’s media.
Chief Kpalukwu said Rivers United FC is a big and direct beneficiary of Barr Green’s sterling leadership, which has catapulted the club to top level on the African continent.
