Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) head coach, Fatai Osho has restored Victor Mbaoma as Captain of the club ahead of the new season.
Mbaoma returned to the club after a season loan spell with Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Akwa United.
In a chat with RSFC Media, Mbaoma says he is humbled and honoured to have returned to his parent team and also given back the role of the club’s captain.
“I feel humbled and honoured receiving back the Captain armband, it’s a privilege and not a right for me but I appreciate God, the Management, Technical Team and my fellow teammates.”
“I feel good rejoining the Sky Blue Stars, I am back to continue with the progress of the team and in my own quoter give the best I can to ensure the club keeps moving forward.”
Meanwhile, former Captain of the side, Oshobe Shuji has been asked assist Victor Mbaoma and to return to his role as the Vice Captain of the team.
