General manager of Grace Sports Channel Football Club, Jesse Samako has warned his opponents, Smart City Football Club to prepare for war and serious battle when both clash tomorrow in the opening match of the Fusion league championship.
The much anticipated league kicks off tomorrow afternoon (3pm) at the FIFA legacy pitch of national stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Samako while addressing the Journalists ahead of the league opener boasted that his team have been training day and night and ready to make life miserable for the Smart City in tomorrow’s game.
“We are aware of the task ahead and our match against Smart City is a war battle.My players are in high spirits, the coaching crew are working hard and I see us shocking Smart City in tomorrow’s clash,” he said.
Samako admitted that the match would be tough for both teams but noted that his team are ready to take their opponents to cleaners.He disclosed that failure to win their opponents would be a huge disappoinment.
Meanwhile the Organisers of fusion league championship expressed readiness for the opening match and urged the fans to comport themselves in orderly manner during and after the league matches.
