Iganmu Tigers held back Imperial FC to a 1-1 draw after a pulsating match week five fixture to see both team share the spoils.
On the back of a 3-1 away win over Dannaz FC the previous week, Imperial set out to pick maximum points but it was not the result they wanted according to Bilyaminu who scooped the man of the match award.
“It wasn’t the result we planned for but a draw is still worth holding on to,” Bilyaminu told Sports247.
“We always want to maintain a hundred percent playing at home and today wasn’t an exception but the opponents came really prepared” he added.
Bilyaminu went further to state that his side won’t go easy on any other team in the competition as they want to be contenders to wrestle the role from Beyond Limits FA.
“We have tasted victory and we want to be seen as contenders and we won’t go easy on anyone so we’ll keep fighting,” he said.
