The Ongoing NFF 78th AGA/Elective Congress remains in full flight in Edo, Benin City as the world awaits the verdict even amidst different views, including one of corruption as alleged by Peterside Idah Sports247 reports.
Presidential candidate, Idah Peterside said the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission needs to get involved in the running of football in Nigeria if things are to be done right.
“If our football needs to be right, we need to bring in EFCC to our election and make arrests,” he said.
He went further to describe the election base as a crime scene where bags of dollars flew around as LMC chairman and 2nd Vice-President of the NFF, Mallam Shehu Dikko, sets sights on positives amidst mistakes of the administration during his own period under it.
“God’s time is the best and history will be kind to us,” Shehu Dikko said.
“We made mistakes but we have our pluses. It’s time to move with the times,” he concluded.
