Coach Adeyinka Ogundeji has joined KG Sports Academy Agbor as academy Coach. The FCAAN Licensed has been contracted to take over the coaching duties of the KG sports Academy Agbor following the expiration of the contract of Coach Lansana Dukaray. Coach Adeyinka bring experience of handling youth teams from Lagos which the Academy is looking to tap from.
According to the Director of KG sports Academy, Dr Ken Gadaffi, the philosophy of the academy to identify and nurture budding talent is pivotal for the decision to go for Coach Adeyinka.
“As an Instructor and Consultant for FCAAN, I know coaches who pass through the coaching education of FCAAN are rooted in grassroots development through discovering and nurturing talents and so our decision to go for Coach Adeyinka was based on maintaining the philosophy of the Academy”
Coach Adeyinka has coached, U10, U13, U15 and U17 at the Mountain Lions Football Academy. He also worked with ATICO Football Academy Lagos handling the U8, U10, U13 and U15 of the Academy.
Coach Adeyinka was received by the Team Manager of the Academy, Mr Michael Ekeh and presented to the Chairman Mr Gabriel Nwadiolu before a tour of the Academy Facilities (Camp and Training ground).
The Osun born coach is expected to resume training on Wednesday with an open Trials for all categories of players which will run through Friday 26th of August.

The coach’s first task will be to defend the KG Foundation Cup which the Academy has won back to back in the last two edition as the third edition is set to kick off in October.
