Africa’s wealthiest man Aliko Dangote has redeemed his pledge to the victorious Nigerian women’s national team the Super Falcons for winning the 11th edition of the Africa Women Cup of Nations trophy in Ghana earlier this month.

Dangote an open admirer of Arsenal FC in England has delivered on his promises by giving out the sum of 1.5 million naira to each players which is summed up as 31.5 million while head coach of the team Thomas Dennerby was given the sum of 1.8 million naira and the backroom staff given 6.5 million naira to share.
The Nigeria Football Federation was also given the sum of 10 million naira by Dangote for their unflinching support for the Falcons during and after the Cup of Nations.
