Aiteo Cup Champions Bayelsa United are through to the final of the Bayelsa State Federation Cup in the match decided at the Samson Siasia Stadium Yenagoa.
The defending Champions beat Henserd Fc of Toru-Orua 2-1
In what could be described as the final before the final, Henserd Fc took the lead on the 14 minute from Bayelsa United goalkeeper Kelvin Ogounga’s costly mistake.

Gabriel Biriduba at the stoppage time converted a spot kick when Timitimi Ineikade was brought down inside the danger zone as fantastic Biriduba stepped forward to send the Nationwide League side goalkeeper the wrong way.
Earlier in the day at the Otuasega Township Stadium Dream FA beat Crusaders Fc 4-3 on penalties after goalless ninety minutes of action.
The victory for both sides mean that Bayelsa United and the none league side Dream FA will represent Bayelsa State at National Level.
Speaking in a post interview, technical adviser of Bayelsa United, Diepreye Teibowei said the fixture lived up to expectations of the competition following surprises that the Aiteo Cup brings.
Henserd Fc coach Anthony Jipunoh attributed the defeat to poor officiating, stating that the penalty was an error call by the referee.
He noted that with the performance of his lads that Henserd Fc would soon be a team to beat in the coming years in Bayelsa State.
