Ekiti State Football Association has expressed immense gratitude to the eminent individuals who donated to ensure that the state under 13 boys team, the Ekiti Baby Bees, participated in the one day Western Nigeria Football Forum U13 Intensity Champions League in Lagos State.
The state football governing body, according to a statement by the Chairman, Mr. Bayo Olanlege, “from the depth of our hearts, we are saying thank you to Hon. Akintunde Oyebode, Erelu Aderonke Bello, Mr. Akin Akerele, Hon. Temitayo Zubair Abdul Rasaq, Mr. Ozone Olaleye, Mr. Taiwo Odebunmi, Coach Tade Gboyega, Mr. Femi Adewunmi, Mr. O. Ogunbanjo, Mr. Ope Fabunmi, Mr. Oguntuase E A, Mrs. Alabede, Mr. Dele Omoyeni, Mr. D. Atoun, Hon. Mrs Jumoke Arogundade, Mr. Aladedahunsi Tosin, Akomolafe Gbenga and Coach Akingbemisilu for their generous donations.”
Ekiti FA also lauded the Lagos State Football Association for hosting the south west to the massive fiesta at the newly built Maracana Sports Centre, Ajegunle Lagos State.
Olanlege further appreciated the Lagos FA for the warm reception and hospitality for the contingents for Ekiti, noting that the event is a memorable one.
