The Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwase III, has fired up Warri Wolves ahead of their Matchday Three South clash with Bayelsa United on Monday in the 2021/2022 Nigeria National League, NNL, with a charge to be on top of their game always.
This charge came from the revered Warri Monarch over the weekend when paid a visit to the Warri City Stadium, where the Seasiders currently train.
The Olu of Warri urged the team to be the worthy ambassadors of the city, and Delta State in general, in the current NNL campaign, commending the state government for its support for the club.
He offered prayers for the chief executive officer of the club, Etu Moses, and members of his management team, as well as coaches and players.
The Seasiders will take on Bayelsa United on Monday at the Warri City Stadium.
The Matchday Three encounter will kickoff at 4pm.
